Eastern European culture in Bari

I am disappointed to have found so few shops/salumerie and ristorante in Bari/Puglia/Italy serving communities of Eastern European immigrants. I want to learn more about these cultures and their foods, their music and art, and eventually to travel on the far side of the Adriatic, but I encounter so many pleasant and friendly Eastern Europeans here and am sad not to know how to enter their cultures. Romania, Croatia, Hungary have especially piqued my curiosity.

So, at the least I hope to stimulate the contribution here of websites, addresses/phone-numbers, names of shops/salumerie and ristorante, and organizations connecting ethnic cultures, such as this one.
